If you’re interested in electronics tinkering but a bit overwhelmed by learning electronics schematics, this helpful introductory video will get you started.

Courtesy of Make magazine, this video tutorial covers what a schematic is, how schematics are laid out, and the basics of reading a schematic and its component symbols. When you’re done with the video you’ll have a better grasp of electronics circuit schematics than most of the population and, hopefully, and increased comfort reading schematics for all those DIY projects we post here.
